Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program (Hong Kong Scheme)

CMA CPD requirement – (Hong Kong syllabus) 
Audit Period each year from 1 July to 30 June 
Accumulated Hours 20 CPD hours per year

  • 20 CPD hours MUST be accumulated within CMA Hong Kong Branch CPD programs
CPD Audit CPD audit on a random selection of members each year
Non-compliance Audit period will be extended by 3 months

All the Hong Kong CMA members are required to complete at least 20 hours of relevant professional development events each year and all of these hours should be verifiable.

CPD Details

CMA status members are required to earn 20 hours per year.

  • The CPD attendance record will be distributed to attendees after the event, it is required that members  must  provide these hardcopy records to CMA Hong Kong Branch as evidence for year-end audit checking.
  • The attendance hours at programs held by the auspices of CMA Hong Kong Branch should be the actual attending hours the members spent.
  • No CPD hours are allocated for reading
