Ms. Lam holds the position as the Chairperson of the Coastal Affair Committee at the Tsuen Wan District Council. She is also the vice chairman of the Young DAB and has been appointed by the HKSAR Government as the Commission of Youth committee member.

Graduated in Australia with a Bachelor of Art and Master of Business at The University of Queensland, Lam is also an honorary president of The University Alumni Association in Hong Kong. She has been serving to promote Australian education and been working with her University, Brisbane state government and Australian Government at such.

Lam has also been representing Hong Kong as the panelist at the 1st “Young Observers Roundtable discussion at the BOAO FORUM FOR ASIA 2014 and again as a panelist at the Boao Hong Kong Youth Forum. She currently holds the Vice secretary position at The Y.Elite Association, and as been appointed as the committee member of the GuangDong Province Youth Alliance.
