Mr. Leung Siu Hung Joel, aged 50, graduated from the University of London, University of Hong Kong and Chinese University of HK with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Accounting and Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Chinese Business Laws, the University of Hong Kong Polytechnic with a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance, the China University of Political Science & Law & Beijing Normal University with a Doctor in Laws & a Doctor in Finance.

Mr. Leung is a Royal Chartered Town Planner, Senior Town Planner of China City Development Institute, a Panel member of CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center, Fellow member of HK Institute of Directors, a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant etc.

Mr. Leung has over 10 years of professional experiences in law enforcement agencies, e.g., Royal Hong Kong Police, Correctional Services Dept, Equal Opportunities Commission etc..

Mr. Leung is a former Executive Director of Sustainable Forest holdings Ltd. (HKSE 723). And he is also serving as a General Manager of China City Construction (Int).  He is now a Principal Financial Planner of the Prudential Hong Kong Ltd, a company listed on the Main Board of London, New York, HK & Singapore Stock Exchange
