In 2007, Kaiser S.H. Chan joined and helped setting up in Hong Kong the CNI Securities Group, a member of China Northern Investment Group in Beijing. He was elected Executive President of CNI Securities Group since 2009 and Chairman since 2018. A 28-year financial veteran, Mr. Chan had led the Group to become one of the prominent securities houses and major investment banking outfit in the Hong Kong financial market. CNI had been within the first three IPO/Corporate financing and underwriters among all Chinese related securities brokers since 2015. On 17th November 2015, CNI Securities Group was presented by HKEx Chairman C.K. Zhou the Winner Award of 1st Anniversary Trading Competition of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.

During the last decade Mr. Chan has managed a few dozen success cases in IPO and M&A deals, including the popular listing of 01617.HK Most Kwai Chung, which broke the historical records of Over-subscription(6,289 times subscription)and Records Gain (IPO at $1.2 and peaked at $11.76).

Prior to joining CNI, Mr. Chan held various leadership role in specialized financial services in Toronto, New York, Chicago, Riyadh, Shanghai and Beijing.

In recent years, based on his expertise and experience, he has been concentrating on providing one-stop solution by recruiting and managing necessary professionals, guiding and organizing  potential companies for successful listing in the Hong Kong Exchange within a minimum time frame and with the most economical budget.  

Mr. Chan was elected to be the 2oth President of Hong Kong Precious Metals Traders Association in April 2020. 

Kaiser had his honored B.A. and Master Degree in economics and honored Bachelor of Commerce from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and Graduate Studies of University of Alberta. He was awarded the China MBA certificate from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2018.
