· Qualified in numerous professional examinations and licenses in HK, US and China

Mr. Daryl Chan is the Managing Director of China Construction Bank International. Prior to joining CCBI. Mr Chan has served as Executive Director of Huatai Financial Holdings Ltd. from 2016 – 2018, Director- Head of Global Markets Middle Office (Wholesale Banking) of Natixis from 2008 to 2016; Citigroup Global Market Ltd from 2006 to 2008; BOCI Securities Ltd from 2001 to 2006; Merrill Lynch ( Asia Pacific) Ltd from 1999 to 2000; Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. from 1996 to 1999; and The National Commercial Bank, Ltd from 1992 to 1996.

Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration- Applied Economics Degree from Hong Kong Baptist University; a Master of Business Administration (with credit) as well as a Master of Science in Finance from City University of Hong Kong.
