Mr. Jacky Tsoi

Jacky Tsoi, Director of Oriental Payment Group (HKEX 8613), Vice President of Masyi Technology Hong Kong Limited, 

Chief Strategy Officer of GPEC Technology Co Limited, Partner of Syndicate Group, Partner of Accetus Capital Partners Co. Limited, has extensive experience in developing Fintech, Smart City Development in South East Asia, Middle East and various countries along Belt & Road.

He owns all aspects researching industry needs, building out future direction, driving adoption with customers, working with the product marketing team to develop go to market strategy, content driven marketing and participate in industry events as need arises.

Jacky has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. Prior to joining OPG, he worked in AXA and BNP in the area of Project Management Accounting and Regional Financial Reporting.

For Community services, Jacky serves as Deputy Chief Supervisor at Hong Kong Road Safety Association and 2nd Vice President of Lions Club of Hong Kong IFC.

He was the Speaker: Panelist of Building Financial Inclusivity MSME’s  Access to Finance through Technology and Innovation Development at United Nations Economic & Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. 

In 2019, he was awarded with the Medal of Honour (MH) by Peru Government for his contribution to the trade and cultural exchange between Peru and China Jacky graduated from Manchester Business School. He is currently a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
