Through its subsidiaries, MGHL mainly provides capital markets, corporate finance, brokerage, fund & asset management, leveraged & acquisition finance, private banking, mortgage and research solutions. It also provides various healthcare services like mother-infant-child products, RNA & DNA analysis and assisted reproductive services.

Mr. Robert Lau is currently the Principal Consultant of China Investment Securities (Hong Kong). Mr. Lau has more than 12 years of diversified financial experience as a fund manager and investment banker. He has been involved in corporate and financial advisory, fund raising and mergers and acquisitions transactions for a portfolio of listed companies and private venture groups in Hong Kong and Asia. Prior to joining China Investment Securities, he was with Lippo Securities, Bank Consortium Trust, SGI Investment and State Street. He received his Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of New South Wales. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (Australia).

With over 25 years experience in the financial industry, Mr. Kenny Lee is the Managing Director of Churchill Capital Limited since 2000. His main role is to lead a team of M&A and financial advisory professionals to serve companies for debt and equity financing (Pre-IPO financing). Prior to joining Churchill Capital, he was the Head of M&A in Asia Family office, responsible for strategy and direction for investments. Mr. Lee is a member of CMA Australia since 2011 and also admitted as a Member of Institute of Public Accounts since 2013. He holds a Master degree in Finance from the University College Dublin
