Dr Victor Lee
Executive Director, HKMA
Dr. Victor Lee currently is Executive Director of HKMA. Previously, he was Director of CUSCS (1999-2011), senior lecturer/associate professor at OUHK (1991-1999), and taught in the US, France and Macau. He has a PhD in Management from London University and a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University.
He was a Fulbright Scholar in Columbia University in 2007, and has attended executive programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. His current interest is about management education for sustainability.

Dr. Keith Lam is currently the Deputy Principal of HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Community College. Prior to the present post, he has held positions as: Director of Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) at Lingnan University, Head of Division of Accounting at the School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong (HKU SPACE), Executive Director and Head of Equity Research of an international securities firm, Head of Department of Accounting and Finance at Lingnan University, and Assistant Professor at Queen’s University and Dalhousie University in Canada.

Mr. Li Tak Ming, Andy is the Deputy Academic Director, Business Discipline, and the Head, Department of Business of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Chai Wan, Kwun Tong and Lee Wai Lee) of Vocational Training Council. He is a professional accountant in Hong Kong and UK and holds a Master of Business in Administration. He has been working in educational field for more than 28 years. Prior to joining the educational field, he has many years of accounting experience in various corporations.
Ms. Jennifer Ng Glok Hong
Principal, Community College of City University
Jennifer Ng has been playing a leadership role, respectively, in the self-financing arms of the University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong and UOW Global Enterprises for about 30 years. She has extensive experience in the strategic planning of business models and development for self-financing higher education units.
