Dr. Jenny S Y Lee

Dr. Jenny Lee is a seasoned consultant with solid business experience and fruitful institute involvement. She is passionate about management, implementing theories into practical strategies in business world, with the result of improving corporates and human resources performance. Before becoming an independent consultant, she was an academic at the City University of Hong Kong for over twenty seven years, to the position as the Associate Head of the Management Department. She contributed to dozens of consultancy reports, published journal articles, books / book chapters, and conference papers. All these reflect her enthusiasm towards the field. She has also been heavily involved in various PhD, Master degree and undergraduate programs.

Besides academic works, she also has been active in business consultancy projects and training with giant companies and organizations, including but not limited to Deloitte, the Hong Kong Police Force, the Hospital Authority, HK Association of Property Management, HK Economic Time, Jardine Matheson Limited, MTR, New World Development, New World Services, Price Waterhouse Coopers, RTHK, and the Scout Association of HK. In addition, she has also been actively involved in providing executive and management training for a number of organizations in China, such as Eastman Kodak (Shanghai, Beijing, and Chengdu), Shanghai Auto Industry Corp., and the Tianjin Municipal government.

She is now focusing on providing management related training and consultancy services to corporations. Strategic Management, Human resources management, performance management, cultural diversity, staff engagement, organization behavior etc. are all areas in which she has had experience.

Mr. Melvin Beh has worked in various industries including construction, logistics, sports and entertainment, information technology and venture capital investment – including investments in high technology manufacturing / hotel / telecommunication / food and beverage / property management and property investment, retailing, manufacturing, consulting and outsourcing; and education industry.

He has more than 18 years of industrial and practical experience in financial reporting, management accounting, internal control and policies development, budgetary control, project management, quality control management, financial analysis and modeling, tax planning and operational management. In addition, he is experienced in strategic management and strategies development with international exposure in International Taxation, International Accounting Standards and General Acceptable Accounting Standards.

Currently, Melvin is working as General Manager – Business Development and Operations with KDU University College, Malaysia and he is one of the co-founders and directors of iStudy Hub (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., incorporated in February 2012. He was an adjunct lecturer with various educational institutions in Hong Kong. He also worked as Senior Manager-Academic from March 2010 till August 2011 with Informatics Education Hong Kong Ltd. He has taught diplomas, undergraduate and postgraduate business courses accredited by Thames College, Informatics College (Singapore), YMCA (Hong Kong), the University of Portsmouth (UK), the University of West London (UK), and the University of Southern Queensland (Australia). He has also supervised dissertations at the undergraduate level for the University of Portsmouth (UK).

Mr. Allan Lee has over fifteen years of extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering various kinds of learning programmes, including technical skills, leadership and management skills, facilitation skills and professional image.

Prior to becoming an independent training consultant, Allan was appointed as the Director and Head of Learning & Development Division of Horwath Hong Kong Group. He was mainly responsible for the set-up of the Division and design, development and delivery of technical and management development programmes to professionals and corporate clients. Previously, he was a Senior Manager with the National Learning Division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, managing various national learning projects for the whole China firm.

Allan holds a Master of Science Degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), a certified administrator of the FIRO-B® and FIRO Business™ Instrument and a Registered Corporate Coach.

Ms. Zoe Wong Suk Han

Accumulated over 17 years extensive senior management experience in high-level organizational structuring and human resources planning, Ms. Zoe Wong is the guru in developing and launching corporate level strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. Not only in Hong Kong, Ms Wong also has strong connections in the Greater China regional network, including property development, hotel & catering, banking & finance, as well as with central and provincial government departments. 

Ms. Wong joined Embry Form (Hong Kong) Limited in 2012 as the Assistant HR & Administration Director, overseeing administration and HR affairs in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the KPI and ISO systems; supervises the HR audit functions of the entire group.

Prior to joining the Embry Group, Ms. Wong was a HR Director and Sales Manager at Henderson China Land Development. She also held senior HR positions at New World China Land and Suzuya International.

Ms. Wong is a Certified Management Accountant as well as an Honorary Adviser of CMA Australia.  She earned her Master of Management (HR Management) degree from Macquarie University, Australia.  Ms. Wong is dedicated to share her experience and insights with the younger generation. She is a popular guest speaker at various professional bodies and education institutions.
