Mr. Yeung Man Kin Norman

Mr. Yeung is a practicing lawyer in Hong Kong. Having graduated from the College of Law, Chester, England, he practices law in Hong Kong since 1988. He is also Barrister and Solicitor of some other jurisdiction including Australia and England. He is amongst one of the first qualified practitioners in Hong Kong to practice as Licensed Conveyancer in England. Mr. Yeung operates his own firm of solicitors in Central since 1990 and his areas of practices are mainly in commercial, conveyancing and civil litigation. Apart from his law practices, Mr. Yeung offers his services to community and performs pro-bono work in being Vice Chairman to the SME Committee of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Deputy District Governor to Hong Kong Rotary Club, Vice Chairman to Taekwando Club of Hong Kong Police and Counselor to Hong Kong Adventure Corps.

Mr. Jacky T K Lai

Mr. Jacky T.K. Lai has been a barrister-at-law in private practice since 2007. He practices in civil and criminal litigation as well as mediation. He obtained his HKIAC Accreditation as General Mediator in 2009 and Family Mediator in 2012, and HKMAAL Panels of General and Family Mediator since its inception. He has been a member of the HKIAC Users’ Council since 2009 and he is currently also a member of the HKIAC General Mediation Interest Group (GIG) and the HKIAC Family Mediation Interest Group (FMIG). Mr. Lai has a wealth of teaching, coaching and judging experiences with many universities (HKU, CUHK, PolyU, CityU, Shue Yan U, Baptist U and Open U) with particular emphasis on Mediation and ADR. Mr. Lai received his Bachelor Degree in Economics and LLM from HKU, MBA from CUHK, and LLB from MMU.

Ms. Rita Law is the Managing Principal of Rita Law & Co. Solicitors. She began her legal career at the HKSAR Department of Justice (DOJ), accumulating extensive knowledge in litigation and claims. Following a successful run at the DOJ, Ms. Law founded her own firm, Rita Law & Co. Solicitors, and now has over 10 years’ experience in work injury, medical negligence and accident claims. She is an LLB graduate from the University of Hong Kong and has dedicated her career to giving back to the local communities around her. In addition to being a practitioner on the Legal Aid Panel, her firm is widely recognized for their work in fighting for and protecting the fundamental rights of local citizens, giving them a chance for justice and fair claims settlements.
